Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Do I need to prepare anything in advance of the call? Nope! However, it would be helpful to your coach if you could please fill out the intake form with as much detail as possible. This will inform any research your coach may do in advance to ensure your meeting is as productive as possible.

  2. How much will the application review be? Each application package is customised to the individual student and their unique application needs. However, a typical application will cost between $500-850 depending on the application materials needed, timeline, and how many coaching calls may be needed throughout the process.

  3. How far in advance should I begin preparing my admissions application? Ideally, we recommend you begin thinking about and planning out your application about 6-9 months in advance. The reason being that research on programs, meeting with potential advisors and networking, and preparing your written samples will take a lot of time and are best prepared several months in advance of completing the statements and other materials. However, if you are only a few months or even weeks from the deadline, do not worry, we are here to assist! However, if this is the case, please note it in your intake form so we can prepare accordingly.

  4. Which coach should I work with? Both Kaelyn and Cait have worked with countless students in humanities, social science, and stem applications. You can’t go wrong with either. However, if you schedule a call and we determine you may be a better fit for the other coach, we may reach out to you to match you with the person we think is best suited to support your application.
